Assessment . Scouting . Placement
Professional Internship Placement Program

Every successful international experience begins with preparation, assessment and clear objectives.
MTW GROUP USA has developed a structured process designed to evaluate candidates, identify professional opportunities and support the activation of internship experiences within U.S. companies.

It is an opportunity to work within one of the world's most competitive business environments, develop practical skills, build professional relationships and gain direct exposure to American corporate culture.

Every candidate is different.
Every placement should be different.

An internship in the United States offers far more than professional training.
It provides direct exposure to one of the world's most competitive business environments, allowing young professionals to experience firsthand the entrepreneurial culture, managerial approach and operational dynamics that characterize American companies.
Beyond technical skills, a U.S. internship represents an opportunity for personal growth, professional networking and career development. Interns often work alongside managers and executives who contribute to their development through mentorship, guidance and real-world business exposure.

“Through STAGEUSA, we apply the same commitment and professionalism to supporting the next generation of Italian professionals, guiding candidates from assessment and placement through program activation and preparation for their U.S. experience.”
